Happy Saturday! 👋🏻 This was one of the busiest weeks I’ve had in 2025. From attending Teachable’s CONNECT event, The Webbys, and LinkedIn’s Video Workshop. But, probably the most interesting of them all, were the Webbys. Let me break it down for y’all.
The Webby Awards Were INSANE

The Rizzler at the 29th Webby Awards
On Monday night, I attended the 29th annual Webby Awards.
But first, what the f*ck are The Webby Awards!?
It’s basically the Emmy’s, but for the Internet. It’s THE award show for the Internet.
So how did I end up there?
Air, the creative ops platform, collaborated with The Rizzler, Kareem Rahma, and New York Nico to produce a campaign which won them a Webby Award for Best B2B Campaign.
B2B companies notoriously produce bad social content that lack risks. But Air flipped that on its head.
Imagine asking your boss for budget to get The Rizzler!? But it seems like Air encourages crazy ideas.
I’ve collaborated with Air in the past and kept in contact with Air’s Head of Content Ari Ruben.
I’ve always admired Ari’s ability to think outside the box.
So Air had an a extra seats at their table, so they invited me!
By the way, tables ran for about $15,000…

But I got the full experience.
I walked the red carpet, met some of my favorite creators like Amelia Dimoldenberg, and even went to the after party with Questlove.

Vin Matano walking the red carpet.
The Webby Awards confirmed the future of the Creator Economy is bright, with B2B SaaS companies getting WAY more involved.
Companies like Adobe, LinkedIn, Verizon, Google, Archive, and WP Engine all were present.
It seems like every major cultural event has Adobe and LinkedIn present.
That’s why I’m bullish on what we’re building here at Creatorbuzz, one of the world’s first B2B Influencer Marketing agencies.

Why I Chose Beehiiv For My Newsletter
Thanks to beehiiv for sponsoring this section of the newsletter.
I’ve been creating content for over 7 years now. And pretty much since the beginning, people told me I needed a newsletter.
I always brushed it off, focusing on creating my silly little videos.
Until I realized I don’t actually own my audience.
So I signed up for beehiiv.
Why? Their entire platform exists to help serious content creators like me scale faster and grow bigger.
It’s why beehiiv offers a no-code website builder. It’s why their ad network matches publishers with global brands like Nike and Netflix. It’s why they never take a dime of my subscription revenue. And it’s why celebs like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Russell Westbrook trust beehiiv to connect with their fan bases.
So stop putting off owning your audience with a newsletter. If you’re ready to build, ready to grow, and ready to make the world take notice, beehiiv is ready for you.
